Student Support & Wellbeing
H&H Training is committed to providing appropriate support services to enable all students to successfully complete their training and assessment. Support is provided in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and in partnership with Career Skills Pty Ltd.
Prior to enrolment and throughout the course, students are assessed to identify any individual support needs, including language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) requirements. Where support needs are identified, reasonable adjustments and/or additional support services will be provided where practicable, without compromising the integrity of the training product or assessment outcomes.
Student support services may include:
Language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) support
Reasonable adjustment to training and assessment methods
Additional trainer assistance and guidance
Access to learning resources and support materials
Students are encouraged to inform their trainer or administration staff of any support needs at any stage of their training.
All information disclosed will be treated confidentially in accordance with privacy requirements.
Where required, students may be referred to appropriate external support services.

Complaints & Appeals
H&H Training is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and accessible process for handling complaints and appeals in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), in partnership with Career Skills Pty Ltd.Students have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal regarding any aspect of their training, assessment, or experience.
All complaints and appeals will be handled professionally, confidentially, and without fear of disadvantage.
Complaints may relate to, but are not limited to:

Training delivery or assessment practices

Trainer conductAdministrative processes

Facilities or learning resourcesAppeals may be made against assessment outcomes or decisions made by the training provider.
All complaints and appeals must be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged promptly within 2 - 5 business days. H&H Training will aim to resolve all matters within 30 days and in a fair and objective manner. Where a matter cannot be resolved internally, students will be advised of their right to escalate the issue to an independent third party for review.
Students will be informed in writing of the outcome of their complaint or appeal, including reasons for the decision.
There is no cost to students for lodging a complaint or appeal.

Fees & Charges Disclaimer
All course fees are clearly outlined prior to enrolment and are published on the H&H Training website or provided at the time of booking.
Fees are subject to change; however, once a student has enrolled, the agreed fee will not be altered for that enrolment.
Payment terms, including any applicable deposits, must be met prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed.
H&H Training does not collect more than $1,500 in advance from any individual student prior to the commencement of training and assessment, in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
Refunds are available in accordance with the Refund Policy. Students are encouraged to review the full policy prior to enrolment.
Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Reassessment fees (where applicable)
Replacement certificates
Late payment fees
All applicable fees and charges will be disclosed to students prior to enrolment.
Cohort Suitability
H&H Training ensures that training products are appropriately targeted to the needs, characteristics, and goals of the intended student cohort in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), in partnership with Career Skills Pty Ltd & Teach international PTY LTD.
Our courses are designed for individuals seeking to obtain nationally recognised qualifications or meet mandatory industry licensing requirements, such as entry into the construction or hospitality industries.
Prior to enrolment, students are provided with clear information regarding course requirements, including language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) expectations, assessment demands, and any physical or practical requirements relevant to the training product.
This ensures students can make an informed decision about whether the training is suitable for their current skills, experience, and career goals.
Where appropriate, students may be required to complete a pre-enrolment suitability assessment to confirm alignment with the course requirements and intended learning outcomes.
H&H Training reserves the right to recommend alternative training pathways where a course is not considered suitable for the student’s needs or capability.
